Our Gum Arabic Powder KB-120 is a versatile, high-quality product used in various industries including food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and technical applications. This product serves as an emulsifying, stabilising, flavour fixing, gelling, thickening, film-forming, encapsulating, and binding agent.

Fiber Content: 70-90g per 100g, highlighting its high fiber content, which is beneficial for food and health applications.

Form: Can be in powdered form (such as KB-120) or kibbled form (small fragments).
Color: White to yellowish-white powder or fragments.
Odour and Flavour: Odourless and does not affect the flavour, odour, or colour of the solution it is used in.
Purity: Minimum of 99.5%, ensuring high-grade gum arabic without significant foreign matter.
Particle Size: Generally processed into sizes below 120 microns for powdered gum.
Moisture Content: Max 12% to 15%, depending on the grade (powdered or kibbled).
Total Ash: 3.2% to 4% (maximum).
Acid Insoluble Ash: Max 0.1% for powdered gum, up to 0.4% for kibbled gum.
Acid Insoluble Matter: Max 0.5% by weight.
pH: Ranges from 4.2 to 4.8.
Viscosity: Typically around 131 CPS for a 25% solution.
